I accomplish this by creating safe spaces for healing, discipleship, emotional wellness, and spiritual growth through counseling, coaching, mentorship, and biblical encouragement that leads to lasting transformation.

Hi, I'm Diamond Williams, LSW, Therapist, Certified Christian Life Coach, and Mentor.

As a therapist, Christian life coach, and mentor, I am passionate about helping individuals grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Through workshops, trainings, mentorship experiences, Bible studies, and faith-based wellness education, I help women, churches, organizations, and communities cultivate environments that encourage healing, growth, and authentic transformation.

Whether serving through mental health education, discipleship, women’s empowerment, or personal development, my heart is to equip people with practical tools and faith-centered guidance that supports both wholeness and purpose. It would be an honor to partner with and serve your community.

1:1 Coaching

A personal and intentional space designed to help you grow spiritually, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. Through biblical guidance, mindset work, prayer, and goal-focused support, you’ll receive practical steps and spiritual direction tailored to your life and your relationship with God. Each session gives you room to break through barriers, strengthen your faith, and walk boldly in the purpose God has placed on your life. It’s personalized Christian life coaching crafted around your unique journey and spiritual growth.

Group Coaching

A safe and supportive space for women who want to grow spiritually while working toward personal goals. Through guided teaching, coaching, accountability, and prayer, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection with God. This program combines biblical wisdom with practical coaching to help you move forward with intention and faith.

Counseling

Counseling sessions provide clinical, therapeutic support for emotional healing, mental health challenges, and deeper psychological work.
